Albergo Centrale is perfectly situated just a short stroll from the iconic Piazza del Campo and the Duomo. The room was spacious and beautifully updated, with an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and plenty of hot water. It was quiet at night, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of exploring. And access to a Nespresso machine in the lobby was a good bonus for coffee lovers!

Pleasant and responsive staff. The room is good with an atmospheric view of the tiled roofs. Located in the heart of the city, 2 minutes from the main square. Free parking is available near the nearest way out of the old town.

Well-located near major historical sites. Rustic-style rooms maintain reasonable cleanliness, and two rooms have balconies that provide pleasant views.

The bathroom needs significant attention. A non-potable water warning is present, a dated shower leaks, and the towels are thin and worn. Maid service is lacking. Old towels were not replaced, and floors remained uncleaned .

It's misleading that there's no mention of the fourth-floor access only via stairs!!! The cleanliness could improve, especially for the bathroom and floor tiles, which gave an unkempt feel.

everything about this newly decorated hotel was perfect. the room with a balcony. the location was magnificent and absolutely perfect for walking around a medieval bricked square. there were a bakery and a supermarket around the property.

We got a room with a balcony, there were only two of them at the hotel. The fourth floor but there was no elevator. The location is magnificent. The staff is very responsive. well, it smells bad in the bathroom. The lighting's poor.
